Fees are charged on a per flat/house basis; the services we cover include the following:
- Periodic inspections and review of maintenance schedules.
- Assessment of annual maintenance charges
- Arrears collection, demand notes, administration of receipts and banking (incl reconciliation)
- Book Keeping and Accounts. Keeping and storing full and complete file records.
- Insurance, audit and accounts certificate
- Distribution of annual accounts to the Lessees and reporting to the Lessor. Dealing with Audit enquiries and making records available for inspection by the Lessees.
- Monitoring service contracts
- Dealing with Lessee's enquiries
- Responding to solicitors enquiries
- The issue of Notices under the Landlord & Tenant Acts
- Periodic renewal of the Fire Certificate
- Enforcement of Covenants
