The process
During an informal first meeting with you, we will look at your exisiting management structure in place and establish a revised one.
This consultation need not take longer than half an hour, though it can take enough time so you are sufficiently informed.
PPS will advise you in the following areas:
- We will review your existing insurance policy to ensure you are paying a fair premium and have the right cover.
- We will advise you on the correct budget for your property.
- We will offer advice on existing leases and their obligations.
- We will attend to health and safety matters.
- Advise on compliance matters. This will include accounts, public liability, along with your duties and obligations.
- We will also advise onthe renewal of leases.
- If there is something we cannot deal with related to your property, through the network of experts we know, we will find a solution to any question you may have.
